- Unused and unaltered: No dye, no chemicals, not unraveled, and no cutting of the weft.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges
- Process: You may exchange your product for a new bundle of equal value.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@luxnhair.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs
