Shipping Policy for SupraLux Hair

Thank you for shopping with SupraLux Hair! We aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are available for purchase before they are in stock. Please note that pre-orders may delay shipping by up to 3 weeks.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high demand.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

  • If you encounter any issues with tracking or have not received your order within the estimated time, please contact our support team at support@luxnhair.com.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. Luxnhair is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you realize a mistake in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • SupraLux Hair is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is confirmed as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
